This jewelry/polymer clay art/hobby/business/passion/obsession has taken on a life of it’s own! It seems that I keep being led in directions that I would not have gone with this if I had planned it out. I started out deciding I wanted to make jewelry and learned to make wrap bracelets. This morphed into discovering polymer clay and making mostly necklaces, then earrings, and a few beaded bracelets.
A few weeks ago, I happened across some metal cuff bracelet blanks at the craft store and took them home and made this:

I then discovered that it works great to make bangle blanks from clay and cover them. I’ve made several and am enjoying putting together sets from them – maybe a little too matchy-matchy, but fun nevertheless!
